If you want to attract and retain the best, then here are the new rules that are shaping the modern workplace
The brightest minds seek and demand workspace that is both stimulating and inspirational and it doesn’t stop there. Wellbeing, sustainability and outstanding connectivity are also seen as essential ingredients by this digitally savvy generation and a great work/life balance, courtesy of immediate access to outstanding amenity, is a must.
Capital Square won the award for Best Commercial Workplace in Scotland. This award is given to a new building initiated on a speculative basis for commercial letting; including buildings that are substantially pre-let or sold on to an occupier. The BCO Judging panel commended BAM Properties for producing an impressive contemporary office development on a particularly challenging site, with occupied buildings to all sides.
Set the heart racing
Capital Square’s impressive landscaped courtyard arrival, dedicated garden area and taxi drop off/pick up point create a strong sense of arrival and deliver a powerful corporate statement.
Setting new standards in space utilisation, cost effectiveness and floor plate flexibility.
The minute you step through the door you’ll be struck by the building’s superb interior. From the spectacular lofty atrium and monolithic reception desktop to the eye catching contemporary furniture the initial impression is of a cutting edge building of the highest quality.
Our front of house management team will ensure a warm welcome for your team, clients and visitors alike and provide a range of concierge services that help to make your working day run smoothly.
